Onboarding Executive

Job Profile:

We are looking for energetic field executives to onboard 2W, 3W, and 4W drivers for our delivery app – similar to platforms like •Porter and Rapido.

🛠 Responsibilities:

✔ Visit local markets, parking hubs, fuel stations, garages, and auto stands

✔ Approach drivers (bike, auto, tempo, cab) and explain the app benefits

✔ Assist them in completing the onboarding process – documentation, app download, profile creation

✔ Generate daily leads and follow-up till successful onboarding

✔ Meet daily/weekly targets set by the team

✅ Requirements:

🔹 Male candidates preferred for field activity

🔹 Prior experience in driver onboarding or logistics platforms (Porter, Rapido, Dunzo Uncle Delivary, etc.) is a plus

🔹 Must own a smartphone and be comfortable with basic app usage

🔹 Good communication & convincing skills

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
