  • Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on skills, experience & interview performance)

  • Educational Requirement: Graduate (Any Stream)

  • Work Arrangement: Work from Office

  • Gender Preference: Open for Female

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner

  • Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and follow-ups

  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments for coordination

  • Monitor office supplies and handle procurement as needed

  • Provide support to HR, Accounts, and Management teams when required

  • Ensure communication flow and office administration efficiency

Key Skills / Requirements:

  • Graduate (Any Stream, Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • 2–3 years of experience in office administration/coordination

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel

  • Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism

Location: Greater Noida – Alpha 1

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
