Office Assistant

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the founders to execute business priorities.

• Own and drive cross-functional projects from planning to execution.

• Coordinate with product, operations, marketing, technology, and external partners.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.

• Track business KPIs and prepare reports for decision-making.

• Improve internal workflows and operational processes.

• Follow up with teams to ensure timely execution of critical tasks.

• Assist in hiring, vendor management, and partnership discussions.

• Prepare presentations, documents, and business proposals.

• Handle ad-hoc projects and solve day-to-day business challenges.

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

• Represent the founders in meetings whenever required.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.

• 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with exceptional problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply).

• Strong analytical and structured thinking.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Highly organized with strong execution abilities.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Comfortable taking ownership without constant supervision.

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

• Experience with Excel, Notion, or project management tools is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
