Description

  • Sales & Growth: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (primary and secondary) by promoting products/services to doctors, chemists, and clinics.

  • Brand Promotion: Execute marketing campaigns, organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) events, and run patient awareness campaigns (camps) to increase brand presence.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong networks with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), consultants, and stakeholders in the specialized therapy segment.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and provide feedback to the head office for strategic adjustments.

  • Distributor Management: Supervise distributor networks, manage inventory, ensure high-quality service, and oversee credit notes.
