Job Description

✔ Generate and process B2B invoices accurately and timely.
✔ Maintain billing records, payment reconciliations, and client accounts.
✔ Coordinate with clients regarding billing queries and payment follow-ups.
✔ Ensure compliance with invoicing and GST requirements.
✔ Prepare billing and collection reports for management review.
✔ Coordinate with pharmacy and logistics partners for medicine order processing and delivery tracking.
✔ Ensure timely dispatch and successful delivery of medicines to corporate and B2B clients.
✔ Handle order-related escalations and provide resolution support.
✔ Assist in promoting healthcare services, medicine delivery programs, and wellness packages to existing clients.
✔ Support the Business Development and Marketing teams in client engagement activities and campaign execution.
✔ Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and identify opportunities for service expansion.
