Job Responsibilities

Doctor Engagement

Meet 10 doctors daily to promote company products and generate prescriptions.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors.
Collect market feedback and competitor information.

Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
Generate productive calls with existing and new doctors.
Develop business in the assigned territory and increase market coverage.
Maintain minimum performance standards as per company guidelines.

Field Work & Planning

Follow 8-hour official working hours.
Work according to assigned HQ, Ex-HQ, and night halt plans.
Plan daily field activities effectively to maximize productivity.

Promotional Activities

Conduct medical camps, CMEs, doctor meetings, and branding activities as per company SOP.
Support promotional campaigns to improve product visibility.

Reporting & Documentation

Update daily call reports and activities in CRM.
Submit expense statements, tour reports, and feedback on time.
Maintain accurate records of doctor interactions and sales activities.

Meetings & Coordination

Attend official meetings and training programs.
Coordinate with doctors, distributors, stockists, and internal teams for smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Experience in pharmaceutical sales will be an added advantage.
