Medical Representative

1. Recruitment Criteria

• Educational Background:
  Candidates must possess a relevant degree (e.g., B.Sc., B.Pharma, D.Pharma, MBA in Pharmaceutical Management) or equivalent qualification in life sciences or healthcare.

• Work Experience:

  • Prior experience in sales and marketing within the Cardio & Diabetes therapy segments is mandatory. (Preferably from top 20).

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with doctors.

• Age Limit:
  Applicants must be under 26 years to ensure adaptability and long-term growth potential.

• Geographical Knowledge:
  Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of their assigned territory to facilitate effective market penetration and relationship management with KOLs

2. Desired Competencies

• Therapy Area Expertise:
  Comprehensive understanding of Cardio & Diabetes treatment protocols and relevant products (Patho physiology & Diabetes brands).

• Networking and Relationship Skills:
  Established connections with KOLs in the assigned territory and the ability to leverage these relationships effectively.

• Personality and Representation:
  Professional demeanor, presentable appearance, and strong interpersonal skills.

• Performance Metrics:
  Data-driven approach, problem-solving skills, and a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
