Promote and explain aesthetic treatments (like Botox, fillers, laser treatments, etc.) to doctors, clinics, and beauty professionals.
Generate leads and referrals for patient bookings and consultations.
Build and maintain relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and general practitioners.
Organize and participate in promotional events, workshops, and CMEs (Continuing Medical Education).
Achieve monthly targets for consultations and revenue generation.
Promote aesthetic medicine courses and certifications (e.g., Botox training, fillers, laser certifications) to doctors, dentists, and medical professionals.
Conduct campus visits, webinars, and outreach to promote training programs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Support faculty and students during training sessions and events.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in medical or aesthetic sales/marketing.
Strong network within the medical community (dermatologists, cosmetologists, GPs).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain medical concepts in a simplified and persuasive manner.
Target-driven, energetic, and passionate about the aesthetics and wellness industry.
Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client meetings and promotions.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related medical field.
Preferred: MBA in Marketing or Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine (added advantage).
