Candidates with UNDERGRADUATES OR FRESH GRADUATES and 6 TO 12 MONTHS of relevant experience in sales or business development are ideal for the position. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
MR responsibility is to promote company’s brands to doctors, implementing company strategies, so they can convert doctors to prescribe company’s brands and creating demand in market.
· Build and foster a thriving relationship with hospitals, doctors, medical staff and other prospective buyers.
Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to meet with specialists, present product information and address enquiries.
Establishing and preserving positive business relationships with clients to promote repeat business.
The main work of medical representative is to serve as a link between the company & customers (Doctors, Chemist & Stockists).
Achieve sales targets set by the company and increase the sales figures with every passing year
The role of medical representative is to prepare and work according to MCL (Master Call List / Doctor List) in his assigned area, which is known as territory.

C. To identify the right product (Doctor-Product Matching).
D. To know the latest prescribing nature of doctors.
