 Technical Support: Provide pre-sales technical assistance, answering customer inquiries,

 Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and present accurate,

competitive proposals, ensuring that all technical and business requirements are addressed.

 Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives to develop and execute sales

strategies, providing technical insights that support sales efforts.

 Training and Education: Educate customers on product features and usage, providing

ongoing technical support and training as needed.

 Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product

development team to help improve or customize the product.

 Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and competitor

offerings to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the product.

 Sales Targets: Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the

company.

Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or

equivalent practical experience.

 Experience: Proven experience in a technical sales role, typically 0-3 years in the industry,

with a strong understanding of the product or service being sold. or Fresher

 Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge related to the product

 Sales Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven

ability to close deals.

 Problem-Solving: Ability to understand complex customer needs and design technical

solutions.

 Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites, events, or trade shows as required.
