Marketing Representative

We are looking for a Marketing Representative to join our team at Intellect Academia. This role involves handling customer support calls, providing exceptional assistance, and addressing queries and concerns related to academic writing and digital marketing. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 plus incentives, and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Meet performance targets

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and sales

• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to drive sales

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma

• Skills: Computer knowledge, international calling, query resolution, non-voice/chat process, digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, data analytics

• Candidates must be open to working 6 days a week during the day shift

• Good command of English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred

Additional Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Work Location: Dumdum, Kolkata (office-based)

• Salary & Benefits: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 plus 4% on individual sales, competitive salary with performance-based bonuses

• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:45 AM to 6:45 PM, with flexibility for weekends or evenings as needed
