Key Responsibilities:

New Lab Setup Support:

• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns to promote newly established labs outside Agra.

• Identify and build a doctor and clinic network in target regions.

• Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities like camps, health check-ups, and awareness drives in new locations.

Lead Generation & Business Development:

• Plan and execute daily visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to promote Standard Pathology’s services.

• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with medical practitioners to generate consistent business.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.

Team Management:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of field marketing executives.

• Set performance targets and regularly review team performance.

• Guide the team in planning doctor visits and promotional campaigns.

Marketing & Branding Activities:

• Work closely with the design and content team to create marketing collateral (pamphlets, standees, posters, etc.)

• Manage local advertising efforts and vendor coordination.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Maintain detailed reports on daily visits, lead status, conversion rates, and team performance.

• Analyze campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in diagnostics or pathology.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Willingness to travel and work in field-based roles.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
