We are a growing Cloud Kitchen brand looking for a talented and proactive Marketing Manager who can manage our brand presence, handle clients, and plan promotional offers & marketing activities across online delivery platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, offers, and discounts to boost sales.
Handle client communication and maintain relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
Coordinate with delivery POC's (platforms i.e Swiggy/Zomato) for, New Promos, visibility, and campaigns.
Analyze sales data and performance using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
Create and monitor marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and repeat orders.
Manage customer feedback, online reviews, and brand reputation.
Work with operations team to align marketing goals with business performance.
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication and convincing skills.
Strong marketing and client handling knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
