Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing a marketing and sales team. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive sales through strategic planning and a chain distribution model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase product sales.

• Build, recruit, and manage a strong team of marketing and sales professionals.

• Train and guide the team to effectively promote and sell products through a chain or network system.

• Establish and expand the company’s market reach using referral-based and multi-level marketing (MLM)-style strategies.

• Coordinate with the product and management teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

• Maintain strong communication and motivation within the team to ensure high productivity and retention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Graduation preferred).

• Proven experience in marketing and team leadership roles.

• Strong knowledge of chain marketing or multi-level marketing systems.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
