1. Position: Marketing Manager
Age: Below 35yrs
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs. (Relevant Experience)
Qualification: ANY Degree
Job Responsibilities:
· Utilizes market data to lead the jewelry product portfolio including brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, programs, and consumer messaging and conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
· Understands the end consumer and market opportunities by analyzing consumer insights and evaluating existing product performance
· Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
· Organizes and implements client development plan including client satisfaction surveys, client-specific marketing programs, etc.
· Participates in customer-facing events as a product expert and as a way to find opportunities to optimize the experience
· Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings communicating new product developments to prospective clients
· Develop business proposals for existing and new customers
· Develop comprehensive knowledge about the business and its development practices, its marketing activities, prospective clients, and the trends for the industry
· Monitoring performance managing campaigns on social media, organizing events and product exhibitions
Require Skill:
· Must have min 3 yrs. experience in Marketing(Jewellery Experience preferred)
· Good Communication Skills
· Ability to handle the team
· Must be well aware of local Madurai market
· Candidate must have experience in campaign management and promotional activity

2. Position: Marketing Executive
Age: Below 35yrs
Experience: 0- 4yrs above
Qualification: Any Degree
· Planning and implementing branding, PPC, SEM and ROI based campaigns for group brands.
· Research and implement emerging opportunities and technologies to achieve brand and marketing goals.
· Identify target audience and ascertain how best to communicate to that audience
· Analyse, research and recommend the target audience’s characteristics, behaviours, interests and media habits
· Monitor performance and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through analysis of web analytics including consumer data and insights, and use this data to formulate future campaigns
· Execute all digital marketing plans as per approved plans in a timely, efficient and effective manner, with a special focus on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
· Provide status reports, campaign analysis and insights, and ROI reports linked to business objectives.
· Responsible for execution of online newsletters, promotional emails and other marketing communication through various channels.
· Day-to-day monitoring and management of digital media plans including changes, budgeting, execution, optimization and reporting.
· Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, new media buying opportunities and recommendations on new ways to reach the target audience
· Coordinate with required internal teams
· Perform other duties and projects as assigned
