Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and active individuals to promote our coaching institute by distributing pamphlets, engaging with students, and generating leads for admissions. This role involves on-ground marketing activities around schools, colleges, tuition hubs, and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute pamphlets/flyers in key locations (schools, tuition centers, markets, etc.)

• Communicate basic information about the institute and available courses

• Guide interested students/parents to visit the coaching center

• Generate leads and share contact details of interested candidates

• Support during seminars, school visits, and admission campaigns

• Submit daily activity reports to the marketing coordinator

Candidate Requirements:

• 10th/12th Pass or Graduate (pursuing or completed)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Energetic, punctual, and comfortable working on the field

• Familiar with local areas and student hotspots

• Two-wheeler (optional but preferred)
