Candidate Profile :
Ideal candidate should have at least 2+ year of experience in field sales in any Field,This role involves direct interaction with potential clients, field visits, and achieving monthly sales targets. Must be a graduate and preferably a local candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Recruit, manage, and support agency partners and their teams.
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to maximize performance
- Open market sourcing of business
- Relationship management with Key advisors
- To meet Agents, Lead providers, intermediaries on regular basis and maintaining records in a planned manner.
