Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Marketing & International Sales professional to manage and expand our domestic and export customer base. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of industrial steel products, international trade practices, and hands-on experience in field sales, client acquisition, and OEM engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, and industrial clients in India and abroad
Identify new export markets and handle export documentation, compliance, and shipment coordination
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations
Prepare and send quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close deals
Coordinate with internal sales, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely execution
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets
Provide feedback on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Create and maintain sales reports and export data for management review
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales/marketing experience in industrial products (preferably steel pipes & fittings)
Experience in international marketing/export documentation is mandatory
Strong field sales and relationship-building ability
Knowledge of logistics, INCOTERMS, HS codes, and export procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), CRM tools is a plus
Willingness to travel frequently within India and occasionally overseas
Preferred Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or International Business
Prior experience in steel, metal, or industrial goods sector is highly preferred
