Job Description

We are looking for a smart, confident, and energetic WhatsApp Marketing Executive for our real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for sending WhatsApp messages to clients, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with property owners, and converting leads into site visits for rental and sale apartments.

The candidate should also be comfortable visiting properties and showing apartments to clients.

Responsibilities:

Send WhatsApp marketing messages to potential clients
Follow up with interested customers
Explain property details for rental and sale apartments
Convince customers to schedule property visits
Coordinate with property owners and collect complete property details
Maintain property data, photos, rent/sale details, and availability
Visit properties and show houses/apartments to clients
Handle customer queries professionally
Maintain daily lead and follow-up records
Coordinate with the sales team and clients for site visits

Requirements:

Good English speaking and typing skills
Strong communication and convincing power
Ability to handle customers professionally
Comfortable with field work and site visits
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp marketing
Positive attitude and confidence while communicating
Experience in real estate marketing/sales will be an added advantage.
