🔹 Key Responsibilities

We have 3 positions mentioned below as we are into three business domain Corporate Gifting,marketing solutions & staffing
1) BDM-Staffing
2) BDM Gorporate Gifiting
3) BDM Marketing & Events
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow our business within India . This role will focus on new client acquisition, and building a sustainable revenue pipeline
.
Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development Sales (India)
- Identify and acquire clients across India
- Own the end to end sales cycle : prospecting discovery proposal negotiation closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
2. Client Engagement
- Engage with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Procurement, and Business Leaders,marketing managers & purchase team
3. Pipeline Reporting
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Track leads, conversions, and closures using CRM or internal trackers
- Provide regular updates on pipeline
Required Skills Experience Must Have
- 2-8 years of experience in Staffing / Temporary Staffing/Marketing promotions
- Strong experience in new client acquisition
- Exposure to staffing/manpower hiring/ marketing Solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
Good to Have
- Existing network of HR / TA/Top Management ,Purchase,Marketing team contacts in India
