We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our business development team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, nurturing professional relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and our creative production team.
This role is predominantly on-field, involving face-to-face client interactions with leading architects, interior designers, and real estate developers. Your focus will be on understanding client requirements, promoting our services, converting leads, and managing accounts end-to-end.
Conduct daily client visits across Mumbai.
Approach architects, designers, and real estate firms to present services.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
Leverage events, networks, and referrals for lead generation.
Pitch our portfolio: 3D renders, walkthroughs, brochures, prints.
Tailor solutions to project type, timeline, and budget.
Prepare proposals and respond to client queries.
Document detailed briefs from clients.
Understand visual and functional expectations.
Relay clear instructions to internal design/production teams.
Maintain long-term professional rapport.
Provide excellent service and follow-ups.
Manage revisions and ensure satisfaction at all touchpoints.
Track leads, interactions, and progress in CRM tools.
Submit daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, and closures.
Assist in forecasting and improving conversion strategy.
Attend expos, trade shows, and networking events.
Build new connections and represent the company professionally.
Liaise with designers, editors, and printers for project delivery.
Ensure alignment, quality, and timeliness on all deliverables.
Graduate in any stream. Marketing, design, or communications preferred.
1–3 years in B2B sales or marketing.
Experience with architecture, real estate, or design firms is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident, and self-driven.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
Basic understanding of visual/marketing content (renders, brochures).
Female candidate (due to team composition).
Mumbai-based or willing to relocate.
Owns or can use a 2-wheeler (preferred for travel ease).
Smartphone with email and app access (for CRM/logs).
