Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Government, PSU, municipal, institutional and large-organisation prospects.

• Research departments, organisations and decision-makers.

• Generate leads through calls, research and networking.

• Arrange client meetings and assist in client visits.

• Understand client requirements and identify suitable solutions.

• Prepare lead lists and maintain opportunity pipelines.

• Assist with presentations, proposals and sales pitches.

• Monitor tenders, RFPs, EOIs and procurement opportunities.

• Conduct systematic follow-ups.

• Maintain complete records of business opportunities.

• Key Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-oriented personality.

• Confidence in interacting with senior officials.

• Good English and Hindi; Marathi will be an advantage.

• Good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Willingness to travel within Pune/PCMC/PMR.

• Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM student, preferably final year.

• MBA Marketing candidates for Positions 1–3.

• MBA Finance candidates for Position 4.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office.

• Willingness to make calls and meet clients.

• Willingness to travel locally.

• Professional attitude.

• Strong follow-up capability.

• Ability to work in a start-up/new-office environment.

• Preferred

• Candidates from reputed Pune MBA institutes.

• Prior internship in sales, marketing, business development or finance.

• Government-business exposure is an advantage.

• Knowledge of the Pune/PCMC/PMR business environment.

• Marathi-speaking candidates preferred for Government/institutional roles.

• Strong English and Hindi communication.
