Job Title: Marketing Manager – Wedding & Corporate Events (Female)

Location: The Vintage - Aarone Farms (Chattarpur Delhi)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, presentable, and customer-focused Marketing Manager to drive wedding and corporate event bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience handling wedding inquiries, and the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update wedding listing portals such as WedMeGood, WeddingWire, and other event platforms.

• Respond promptly to all wedding and corporate event inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online portals.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Schedule and coordinate venue visits, food tastings, and client meetings.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and event packages based on client requirements.

• Coordinate with the operations, catering, and décor teams to ensure seamless event planning.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and client interactions in CRM or Excel.

• Build relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, corporate clients, and travel partners.

• Promote the resort’s wedding and corporate event offerings through digital marketing initiatives and social media coordination.

• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

• Experience handling wedding portals (WedMeGood, WeddingWire, etc.) is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

• Professional appearance with a positive and customer-friendly attitude.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
