Business Development Executive – Loan Products

We are looking for energetic and result-driven candidates to join our team as Management Trainees – Loan Products. This role offers structured training, strong earning potential, and long-term growth in the lending industry.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP, etc.)
Generate business through DSA channels, connectors, referrals, and field sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Coordinate with credit & operations teams for smooth loan processing
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure proper documentation

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales-oriented mindset with willingness to learn
DSA/BFSI experience preferred
Willing to travel across Delhi/NCR
