About the Role:

Braindezvous Infotech is looking for a proactive and results-driven Mall Sales Executive to join our growing team in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. In this role, you’ll be a key face for Amazon Pay, one of India’s leading digital payment platforms. You’ll interact with walk-in customers, promote services, and help grow brand presence at mall and retail touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Amazon Pay services to mall visitors and retail customers through engaging product demonstrations.

• Build brand awareness and contribute to business growth by educating customers about the benefits of Amazon Pay.

• Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities through walk-ins and outbound leads.

• Present, pitch, and clearly communicate the value of services to customers in a compelling manner.

• Maintain detailed logs of sales activities, customer feedback, and follow-up requirements.

Actively contribute ideas to improve footfall conversion and brand engagement.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.

• 0.5 to 4 years of experience in sales, retail, or business development.

• Strong communication and people skills – confidence in approaching and engaging customers.

• High energy, target-driven attitude with a passion for closing deals.

• Prior experience in lead generation or field sales is a plus.

• Fluency in Telugu is preferred for local customer interactions.
