Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Executive to oversee and streamline our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inventory management, dispatch coordination, and logistics documentation, along with strong proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Delivery: Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from dispatch to final delivery, tracking shipments to ensure timely arrival.

• Inventory & Warehouse: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and coordinate warehouse activities.

• Documentation & Billing: Prepare and maintain invoices, delivery challans, and logistics records in Tally ERP.

• Vendor & Transport Management: Coordinate with vendors and transport providers to handle outward goods efficiently.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate dispatch records and generate regular MIS, stock, and dispatch reports using Excel.

• Problem Resolution: Resolve logistics delays or operational issues while maintaining compliance with company procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP (Billing, Inventory, GST).

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

• Core Competencies: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Basic understanding of GST compliance and e-way bill generation.

• Prior experience in direct vendor management and transport handling.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
