Whether you are an experienced DSA, ex-banker, insurance advisor, real estate consultant, financial advisor, or sales professional, you can work independently while leveraging our strong network of 100+ Banks & NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through personal contacts, referrals, social media, digital marketing, or field networking.

• Identify customers requiring loan solutions.

• Guide customers in selecting the most suitable loan product.

• Collect basic customer information and required documents.

• Coordinate with the RichAura Fintech team for smooth loan processing.

• Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.

• Achieve business targets and maximize commission earnings.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, Fintech, Insurance, Financial Services, Sales, or Customer Acquisition.

• Good communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Ability to generate leads independently.

• Smartphone with internet access.

• Existing customer network will be an added advantage.
