Key Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers to understand their loan requirements and financial needs

• Explain and recommend suitable loan products from multiple banks and NBFC partners

• Handle outbound and inbound calls related to loan enquiries

• Collect, verify, and process customer documents as per lender guidelines

• Coordinate with internal teams and partner lenders for loan login, approval, and disbursement

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until loan closure

• Update and manage leads on CRM systems

• Achieve monthly disbursement and conversion targets

• Provide professional and transparent customer support throughout the loan journey

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in loan sales, loan processing, telesales, or financial services

• Good understanding of loan products such as Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Gold Loan

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Customer-focused and target-driven mindset

• Comfortable with calling-based sales environment

• Basic computer knowledge
