Key Responsibilities

Interact with potential customers to understand their loan requirements and financial needs
Explain and recommend suitable loan products from multiple banks and NBFC partners
Handle outbound and inbound calls related to loan enquiries
Collect, verify, and process customer documents as per lender guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams and partner lenders for loan login, approval, and disbursement
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until loan closure
Update and manage leads on CRM systems
Achieve monthly disbursement and conversion targets
Provide professional and transparent customer support throughout the loan journey

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of experience in loan sales, loan processing, telesales, or financial services
Good understanding of loan products such as Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Gold Loan
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
Comfortable with calling-based sales environment
Basic computer knowledge
