Job Title: Sales Executive / Telecaller – Loan Department

Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply

Job Summary:
We are hiring motivated candidates for the Loan Department to handle pre-approved leads for Business and Personal Loans. The role involves customer interaction, lead conversion, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers and explain loan products
Convert assigned leads into sales
Handle customer queries and follow-ups
Achieve monthly performance targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred (Added Advantage):

Knowledge of Business Loans and Personal Loans
Understanding of EMI/NBFC processes
Prior sales experience
