Designation - Branch Manager – Loans & Finance
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable candidate for our Loan Department who can handle overall branch operations professionally. The candidate should have strong knowledge of loans, financial documents, balance sheet analysis, ITR, GST, and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle Business Loans, Personal Loans, Mortgage Loans, OD/CC, and other loan products
• Analyze customer eligibility and financial profiles
• Review and understand Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Bank Statements
• Manage and verify customer documents
• Knowledge of ITR filing and GST filing processes
• Coordinate with Banks and NBFCs for loan processing
• Handle complete loan process from file login to disbursement
• Manage branch operations and customer relationships
• Lead and supervise staff/team operations
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of the loan and finance industry
• Understanding of Balance Sheet and Financial Analysis
• Knowledge of ITR and GST-related work
• Good communication and client handling skills
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
• Experience in banking/NBFC coordination
• Leadership and branch management ability
