Job Summary:
The Team Leader – Loan Finance Department is responsible for overseeing daily loan processing, disbursement, reconciliation, and reporting activities. This role ensures the team meets operational, compliance, and quality standards while providing leadership, guidance, and performance management to team members.
Lead, train, and motivate the loan finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
Allocate and monitor daily tasks such as loan booking, repayments, reconciliations, and reporting.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and ensure efficiency.
Maintain proper records and internal controls to prevent errors or fraud.
