Job Title: Telesales Executive – PL/BL/HL (Personal Loan / Business Loan / Home Loan)
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 44
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary- 3 to 4 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Executives with experience in selling Personal Loans, Business Loans, or Home Loans. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for PL/BL/HL products.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and benefits to customers.

• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into successful closures.

• Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer details in CRM.

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.

• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate with relevant telesales experience.

• Minimum 1 year – 3 years of experience in loan telesales (PL/BL/HL preferred).

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (based on performance).

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
