Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Loan Sales Executive to promote and sell loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable loan solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads through various channels, along with handling and converting leads from the data provided by the company.
Promote and sell loan products to individuals and businesses
Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, and repayment terms clearly
Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Keep records of client interactions and follow-ups
