We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Officers / Executives to join our team.
The primary focus of this role is to connect with small and medium-sized business owners over the phone, explain our business loan products (working capital, term loans), and guide them through the application process to drive loan disbursements. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, persuasive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective business owners from lead lists, cold calling, and existing database mining.
Product Pitching: Explain various Business Funding options (Business Loans, OD Limits & working capital options) clearly to customers to generate interest.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and qualify customer needs and inquiries to confirmed interested Leads for Business Funding.
CRM Management: Experience with CRM systems like (Neo Dove, Salesforce, Zoho)
Handling Objections: Address customer doubts and grievances confidently to ensure the reputation of the company is maintained.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (logins and disbursals).
Documentation Support: Assist clients in collecting initial documentation and coordinating with the credit team to facilitate smooth, fast disbursement.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Telesales Representative, Telecaller, or in Loan/DSA Sales.
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial products, business loans, unsecured loans, and CIBIL scores is highly desirable.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English and Hindi
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software/telecalling tools like Neo Dove, Zoho etc
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, resilience in dealing with rejection, and the ability to work under pressure.
Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
