Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying and actively seeking out new business opportunities and potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, field visits, referrals, existing customer base).
Client Needs Assessment: Engaging with prospective borrowers to understand their financial needs, capacity for repayment, and credit history.
Product Recommendation: Advising clients on the most suitable loan products (e.g., personal loans, home loans, business loans) tailored to their specific requirements.
Sales and Target Achievement: Presenting loan features and benefits, negotiating terms, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Application Process Management: Guiding clients through the entire loan application process, assisting with documentation, and ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
Coordination and Compliance: Liaising with internal departments like underwriting, credit, and legal teams to ensure timely processing, approval, and disbursement of loans, all while adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, generate repeat business, and secure referrals.
Reporting: Providing regular sales reports and updates to management on performance, market trends, and client feedback.
