2. Business Manager / Sales Manager (B2B Fintech – Field Role)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager/Sales Manager specialising in HL/LPA/DSA Networking for our locations in Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore. This role will focus on driving growth and building long-term partnerships with DSA/ Housing Builders to generate home loan or LAP business. The ideal candidate should have extensive sales experience and expertise in DSA networking and HL/LAP client empanelment.

What we are Looking For:-

1. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
   🔹Identifying new DSA and successfully onboarding them.
   🔹Revive old DSAs by sourcing business from those DSAs.
   🔹DSA relationship management and task delivery with respect to the provided logins.
   🔹Manage the existing relationships of DSAs / Corporate DSAs / Lead Partners – Affordable housing builders/brokers tie-ups and manage the relationship to generate quality home loan leads.
   🔹To create sales, marketing strategies and campaigns for clients and undertake all duties necessary to deliver such strategies and sales objectives.
