Full Time
Lead Generation & Sourcing: Find new home loan buyers through field visits, direct marketing, and bank branches.
Channel Management: Build and maintain relationships with real estate builders, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and connectors.
Customer Consultation: Meet potential clients, analyze their financial profiles, and pitch suitable housing loan or mortgage options.
Documentation & Verification: Collect essential KYC, financial, and property documents, and conduct initial eligibility and CIBIL checks.
Process Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing, approval, and final disbursement.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed predefined regional or branch-level sales goals and revenue targets.
Requirements & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in retail asset sales, banking, or non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) handling home loans or mortgages.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of housing finance rules, property documentation, and lending rates.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to convince clients and partners.
Soft Skills: Results-driven mindset, strong field execution capabilities, and problem-solving aptitude
