We are hiring dynamic and hardworking candidates for the position of Field Loan Officer (FLO) in the West Bengal Zone.

📌 Job Role:

➡️ Field visits for Group Loan Processing

➡️ EMI Collection from customers

➡️ Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring timely collections

🔹 Qualification : 12th Pass (HS) / Graduate

💰 Salary & Benefits:

HS Pass: ₹13,800 NTH + PF + ESIC + Fuel Allowance

Graduate: ₹14,500 NTH + PF + ESIC + Fuel Allowance

Experienced Candidates: ₹1,000 extra hike in salary (NTH)
