Role Overview:
Athena BPO Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced sales professionals for Life Insurance Sales Executive roles. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales of HDFC Life Insurance products through outbound and inbound BPO processes. Candidates should be passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and have prior experience in the life insurance sales domain.

Salary Range: ₹25,000/- to ₹30,000/- per month + Attractive Incentives
Employment Type: Work From Office / On-Site
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in Life Insurance Sales (BPO environment)
Age Limit: 20-35 years
Education: Graduate (Any stream)
Languages: Good English & Hindi communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates
Shift Timings: Day Shift (Choose from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM)
Weekly Off: 1 week off (rotational)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Selection Process: Face-to-Face Interview Round (11:00 AM to 02:00 PM, On Site)
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of HDFC Life Insurance products (HNI process) via BPO channels.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and conversion metrics.
Identify potential high-net-worth customers and build strong relationships.
Deliver professional presentations and product pitches to prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service of customers.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven track record in Life Insurance Sales (BPO process) with minimum 3 years of experience.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Fluency in English & Hindi – verbal and written.
Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
Good knowledge of insurance products and the sales cycle in a BPO environment.
