📝 Job Summary:

The Leasing & Property Manager oversees the end-to-end leasing process and ongoing property management of commercial spaces. This includes sourcing and securing new properties, negotiating lease terms, managing lease renewals and compliance, coordinating property maintenance, and acting as the key liaison between landlords, tenants, and internal departments. The role requires strong negotiation, legal understanding, and property operations expertise.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 1. Lease Management

• Identify and evaluate new commercial property opportunities based on business needs.

• Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and amendments with landlords and property owners.

• Draft, review, and manage lease agreements in coordination with legal and finance teams.

• Maintain lease documentation, including rent schedules, legal notices, and compliance certificates.

🔹 2. Property Acquisition & Expansion Support

• Assist in expansion planning by sourcing properties in strategic locations.

• Conduct site visits and feasibility studies for prospective locations.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Design, Projects, Finance) during acquisition and fit-out stages.

🔹 3. Portfolio Management

• Maintain a comprehensive property and lease database.

• Track lease expirations, rent escalations, renewal timelines, and security deposits.

• Monitor and optimise property performance from cost, utility, and space efficiency standpoints.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
