About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through various channels. You will play a key role in building a strong pipeline of leads to support our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data
Schedule meetings or calls between prospects and the sales team
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns
Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation activities and results
Meet or exceed targets for lead volume and quality
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus
