We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented IndiaMART Handling Executive to manage our company's presence, leads, and sales operations on the IndiaMART platform. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure instant response to incoming business inquiries, convert leads into active sales, update product catalogs, and maintain an excellent seller rating.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Promptly reply to all buy leads, incoming inquiries, and calls generated through IndiaMART (maintaining a low response time is critical).
Sales Conversion: Follow up with potential B2B clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand their requirements, share quotes, and close deals.
Catalog Optimization: Upload new products, update pricing, write clear product descriptions, and optimize keywords to improve our search visibility on the platform.
Account Health: Monitor and improve our IndiaMART TrustSEAL score, respond to customer reviews, and ensure compliance with platform policies.
Reporting: Maintain a daily/weekly log of total inquiries received, leads converted, and pending follow-ups for the management team.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: Proven experience managing IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or similar B2B marketplace dashboards.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Hindi / English / Regional Language].
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic photo editing (for product uploads).
Sales Mindset: Strong negotiation skills with a proactive approach to following up with cold or hesitant leads.
