We are looking for a high-impact Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of digital growth, drive qualified leads, and scale campaigns with a strong ROI mindset.
Role Overview:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling multi-channel digital campaigns. This role demands a strong analytical mindset, deep platform expertise, and the ability to drive consistent lead generation in a competitive market.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, creative, and leadership to build high-converting funnels and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across:
· Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
· Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
· Drive high-quality lead generation campaigns, with a focus on real estate verticals
· Design and optimize full-funnel strategies:
· Awareness → Consideration → Conversion
· Implement advanced audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies
Continuously optimize campaigns for:
· CPL (Cost Per Lead)
· Conversion rate
· ROI / ROAS
· Analyze campaign performance using data and deliver actionable insights
· Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
· Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency and cost control
· Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
What We’re Looking For
· 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing
· Mandatory: Real estate lead generation experience
· Strong hands-on expertise in:
· Meta Ads Manager
· Google Ads Platform
Solid understanding of:
· Lead funnels & customer journey mapping
· Conversion tracking & attribution models
· Experience in campaign scaling and budget optimization
· Analytical mindset with strong command over performance metrics
Nice to Have
· Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
· Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4
· Understanding of landing page optimization (CRO)
· Exposure to marketing automation tools
