Key Responsibilities
1.) Manage and respond to leads received through IndiaMART, Website, WhatsApp, Referrals, Phone Calls, and Email.
2.) Contact every new lead within 15–30 minutes of receiving the enquiry.
3.) Understand customer requirements including container size, capacity, quantity, printing requirements, and delivery location.
4.) Maintain and update the CRM/Excel database daily with customer information, enquiry status, quotations, follow-ups, and order values.
5.) Create and manage structured follow-up schedules, ensuring no qualified lead remains untouched for more than 3 working days.
6.) Prepare daily and weekly reports covering:
Leads received
Leads contacted
Quotations sent
Conversion ratio
Lost opportunities
7.) Support customer retention by collecting feedback and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
1.) 100% lead response rate with first response within 30 minutes.
2.) Zero missing customer records with daily CRM updates.
3.) 3–4 follow-ups for every qualified lead.
4.) Weekly lead ageing and conversion reports.
Ideal Candidate
a.) 2–5 years of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or B2B Sales Support.
b.)Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
c.) Strong working knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
d.) Experience in Packaging, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, or related industries is preferred (Tin Containers, Metal Packaging, Plastic Packaging, Corrugated Packaging).
e.) Must reside in or near Wazirpur, Delhi, to ensure convenient daily commuting.
f.) Highly organized, process-oriented, and customer-focused.
