Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a minimum of
3 years of experience in B2B lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise
in LinkedIn prospecting along with tools like Lusha and Apollo to generate accurate, high-quality
leads that contribute directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate high-quality B2B leads using LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Leverage tools such as Lusha and Apollo for lead sourcing, data extraction, and contact validation
• Build, manage, and maintain a structured and updated lead database
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead qualification and seamless handover
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new business opportunities
• Monitor, track, and report lead generation performance on a regular basis
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation or a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation and prospecting
• Practical experience with Lusha and Apollo for contact discovery and enrichment
• Solid understanding of B2B sales cycle and lead qualification process
• Excellent research, analytical, and data management skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and meet targets
