Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through:
Cold calling
Email campaigns
LinkedIn outreach
Digital platforms and databases
Conduct initial outreach to prospects to:
Understand their business needs
Pitch company products/services (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365)
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update the lead database in the CRM system
Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, requirement, decision makers)
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets and performance
Key Requirements
Experience:
1 to 2 years in lead generation / inside sales / telecalling
Skills Required:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of B2B sales process
Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
CRM handling experience is an advantage
Target-driven and self-motivated
