About the Role

• We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Healthcare Lead Conversion Counsellor to handle healthcare enquiries, counsel prospective customers, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into successful appointments/conversions. • The ideal candidate should have strong B2C sales, inside sales, telesales, counselling, and lead-conversion experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound healthcare enquiries and qualified leads.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate counselling.

• Make outbound calls and conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.

• Explain healthcare services, procedures, and offerings clearly.

• Handle customer objections and queries effectively.

• Convert leads into appointments and successful customer engagements.

• Maintain accurate lead details and follow-ups in CRM.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly conversion/revenue targets.

• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the conversion journey.

• Coordinate with internal teams for appointments and lead fulfilment.

• Maintain proper documentation and follow-up records.

Candidate Profile Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in B2C Telesales / Inside Sales / Lead Conversion / Counselling.

• Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.

• Good follow-up and closure ability. •

Comfortable working with sales and revenue targets.

• Ability to handle high-volume leads and calls.

Preferred Industry Experience: Healthcare / HealthTech, EdTech, FinTech, Insurance, Hospital / Healthcare sales, or other B2C sales environments. • Healthcare experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Experience & Qualification

• MBA: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

• Non-MBA: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

• Candidates with strong sales/inside-sales performance and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: Up to 50,000/month

• Performance Incentive: Up to 15,000/month

• Total Earning Potential: Up to 65,000/month Compensation will depend on relevant experience, interview performance, and current/previous compensation. Ideal Candidate Someone who can connect with customers, understand their needs, build trust, overcome objections, follow up consistently, and convert enquiries into appointments/revenue.

Hindi+English or 2. Tamil+English Or 3. Telugu+English
Shift Timings:
1. 8 am to 10 pm (Male candidates)
2. 8am to 8pm (Female candidates)
