Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify,
qualify, and nurture potential business opportunities. The role focuses on generating
high-quality leads through multiple channels and supporting the sales team in
achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through online research, databases, LinkedIn,
email campaigns, and outbound calling.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and share them with the sales team.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaigns and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-up status in CRM tools.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Support pre-sales activities such as presentations, proposals, and initial client
communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business developmenStrong communication skills (written and verbal).
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms.
Ability to research, analyze, and identify decision-makers.
Target-driven mindset with good follow-up skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales or digital/technology solutions.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
Basic understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics.
