Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for IT services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to create lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Research & Identification:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients in need of IT services.

Use various tools and platforms to gather contact information and qualify leads.

Outbound Outreach:

Reach out to potential clients through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Craft personalized messages to initiate conversations and build relationships.

Pipeline Management:

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Track and manage all lead-related activities in CRM tools.

Collaboration with Sales Teams:

Work closely with sales teams to transition qualified leads.

Assist in creating proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Campaign Development:

Support the creation and execution of lead generation campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Networking:

Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build connections.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience of min 2 years in lead generation, preferably in IT services.

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong research and analytical abilities.

Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
