Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads through fieldwork or online methods, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through field visits, calls, or online research.

  • Visit target areas to distribute marketing materials and gather lead information.

  • Collect data from potential customers and enter it into CRM or database systems.

  • Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to generate interest.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure high-quality leads are followed up.

  • Report daily progress to the team leader/manager.

  • Maintain a positive image of the company during interactions with the public.


Requirements:

  • 10th / 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable with fieldwork and outdoor marketing activities.

  • Basic knowledge of using mobile apps and data entry tools.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

  • Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing is a plus.
